(Head Office: Singapore, President & CEO: Takashi Oishi, hereinafter “GGG”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a capital and business alliance with Kobayashi Create Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Kariya, Aichi, Japan; President & CEO: Tomonari Kobayashi; hereinafter “Kobayashi Create”), which has joined GGG as a new shareholder.
GGG has been developing microgrid businesses and incubation activities leveraging new technologies mainly in Southeast Asia, and building a strong regional network through investments in startup companies. By welcoming Kobayashi Create into its management, GGG will combine Kobayashi Create’s capabilities in applying IT and digital technologies with GGG’s infrastructure platform to deliver more effective solutions to pressing social challenges in Southeast Asian countries.

GGG operates based on a broad network in Southeast Asia and assets and expertise accumulated through its infrastructure business, focusing on three core areas: investment in next-generation infrastructure and new technologies, new business development, and global talent development. Through this alliance, GGG aims to maximize synergies by integrating its international business platform with Kobayashi Create’s long-cultivated strengths in on-site problem solving and manufacturing excellence.

By combining GGG’s business ideas with Kobayashi Create’s manufacturing technologies and quality-control expertise, the two companies will significantly shorten the lead time from business ideas to PoC (Proof of Concept), mass production, and deployment, thereby contributing to the resolution of social issues.
Future Outlook
GGG will promote an end-to-end process from PoC to full-scale implementation to turn ideas into reality, accelerate the creation of new businesses that contribute to the development of the Asian region, and further expand its business in global markets.
