Greenway Grid Global社は、2018年に東京電力パワーグリッド株式会社、中部電力株式会社、ICMG Holdings Pte Ltd (旧称 : ICMG Partners Pte Ltd)の3社でシンガポールに設立した合弁会社です。2026年、新たに小林クリエイト株式会社を株主として迎えました。次世代インフラやニューテクノロジーへの投資事業、新事業の開発事業、変革リーダー育成事業の3つを三位一体で行うことで、世界に幸せをもたらす企業を目指します。
Greenway Grid Global is a joint venture established in Singapore in 2018 by three companies: TEPCO Power Grid, Inc., Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc., and ICMG Holdings Pte Ltd (previously known as ICMG Partners Pte Ltd). In 2026, the company welcomed Kobayashi Create Co., Ltd. as a new shareholder.
By integrating its three core business pillars—investment in next-generation infrastructure and new technologies, new business development, and transformative leader training—the company aims to become an enterprise that brings happiness to the world.

We support the development of countries across Asia and beyond through investments and operations in essential infrastructure businesses such as electricity and water, which are vital to peoples lives. In particular, we focus on supplying electricity to unelectrified areas and updating aging infrastructure. Furthermore, through collaboration with investee companies and open innovation, we will discover and nurture new growth businesses. By delivering innovative services and technologies that meet the needs of society to the world, we will contribute to solving social issues
